Acts as Expert Determiner on disputes concerning construction quantum and building costs.
Expert adviser and expert witness on construction costs for national house builders, developers, and landowners in connection with residential planning financial viability and land value disputes for sites up to £450m in sales value and £250m in construction cost value.
Fully conversant with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules, the Guidance for the Instruction of Experts in Civil Claims, the practice direction on pre-action conduct, and the Code of Practice for Experts.
